Food Donation Programs

For the past three years now, the MBCG has been cultivating a special garden plot dedicated to fighting food insecurity.  Thanks to the generous sponsorship of K1 Investment Management, our community gardeners plant, nurture, and harvest fresh, organic produce, delivering it weekly to the LAX Food Pantry in Inglewood.

 In 2023, we donated over 775 pounds of nutritious food while in 2024, we contributed 710 pounds.  Our goal for 2025? A whopping 2,000 pounds-a full ton of fresh, organic produce for our neighbors in need.
